Refund Policy:

Effective June 1, 2013

Refunds are not processed until after the third week of the term. If your class is cancelled, you will receive a 100% refund. Refunds resulting in a credit balance on the account are reimbursed to the credit card used to purchase the course.

To request a refund, you must request a drop by logging into their account and selecting My Account>> My Course Information, and clicking ‘request a drop.’

A 100% refund will be processed if the course drop is requested according to the following schedule:

  • Community Education – 3 days (72 hours) prior to the first class
  • Small Business Development Center (SBDC) – 3 days (72 hours) prior to the first class
  • Workforce & Professional – 1 week (7 days) prior to the first class

This information will be included in your email registration confirmation. Special refund policies may apply if noted in the course description.

Please note: Non-credit Community Education, Small Business Development Center, and Workforce classes do not fall under the same drop and refund policy as credit classes at the college. A drop or failure to attend a courses does not absolve a student's financial responsibility for his/her expenses.
